Each course has a relatively similar structure although based on topic, there will be slight variations. Below is a general summary to set your expectations.

  • Simply delivered via e-mail, one lesson a day if you open it; one every 3-4 days if you fall behind giving you space and flexibility to go at your own pace.

  • Each lesson includes an action and depending on the course, a self-discovery question designed to get you exploring the topic and practicing the actions. The more involved you get; the more you'll get out of each course.
